Mr. Achal Veer Srivastava is the Director and CEO of Glalet Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., a Lucknow-based pharmaceutical company advancing healthcare through innovative solutions. An engineer by education — holding a B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation & Control from BBD Northern India Institute of Technology — he entered the pharmaceutical world with a deep conviction that science and innovation can genuinely change lives.

After earning his PGDM in Systems & Marketing from Balaji Institute of Management, he built a 7-year corporate career as Director & Founder of APS Info Solutions. That foundation became the springboard for bold moves into healthcare, education, and digital wellness. Today he runs multiple ventures simultaneously and hosts The Veer Show (TVS) — a business podcast where he interviews entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders to extract wisdom for the next generation of builders. He also serves as visiting faculty at Naraina Group of Institutions, mentoring the next generation and keeping himself connected to purpose and learning.

Founded under Mr. Srivastava's directorship in June 2022, Glalet Pharmaceuticals was built on a singular belief: quality medicine should not be a privilege. Operating from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, the company combines his deep technical background with a genuine passion for healthcare to develop pharmaceutical solutions that bridge the accessibility gap across India.
